Climate change is without doubt occurring around the globe. Yet, the consideration of and debating about whether humans are the cause, and if there is anything we can do about it at this point, is currently being disputed amongst scholars. The primary goals of this essay is to provide a current description of processes within climate change, and to give an insight on the relative contribution of natural and human sources, with a particular emphasis on the implications for us. There will also be an understanding of linkages between atmospheric carbon and climate change, the views on apparent disagreements related to the climate change discussion, and the thoughts on ways forward. The idea that humans are causing climate change is the position of the Academies of Science from eighty countries , plus many scientific organizations that study this area. At the beginning of Hamlet, Hamlet gets a visit from the ghost of his dead father informing him that his brother Claudius was the one who killed him. He gives Hamlet the duty of killing Claudius in revenge and Hamlet agrees to do so. The task seems easy at first but as the play advances, Hamlet finds it tough to complete such a cruel task. I found it interesting how Hamlet’s hesitation to kill Claudius and get revenge for his father’s death drives him mad and ultimately causes the death of many innocent people, including himself. If Hamlet would have just killed Claudius the first chance he had then he would have prevented many deaths. The play Hamlet put on for the royal court proved that Claudius was guilty so Hamlet was finally prepared to murder him. Hamlet quickly realizes that Claudius is praying alone and decides that he cannot kill him at that time because he does not want him to go to heaven. Hamlet felt that would not be satisfactory revenge. He really dislikes Claudius at this point in the play not only for secretly killing his father but also for marrying his mother and telling him to stop mourning. This gave me a negative impression of Claudius so of course I agreed with Hamlet’s decision not to kill him at that moment, unaware of what effects it would have on the other characters of the play. The CIO Cybernetic Response Reporting Guidelines provide step-by- step information on how businesses should plan and respond to attacks on their information systems, including worms, viruses, hacks and other breaches. The guidelines advise Close and business leaders to establish a relationship with law enforcement today, before their next attack happens.The document also provides suggested points of contact, as well as an easy-to-follow report form detailing the initial information law enforcement needs to investigate. Also, the FBI and the United States Secret Service are expanding the ways that they can share federal Jurisdiction for inve stigating and prosecuting cybercafà © across state lines.
